Introduction
Approximately 7 million Penalty
Charge Notices (PCNs) are issued every year in the United Kingdom,
one every 4.5 seconds, generating around £250 million for
local authorities each year. Worryingly, the number of PCNs being issued
is rising dramatically and consistently, with an average of
233,000 more PCNs every year!
Unfortunately, as a result of the
complicated and bureaucratic appeals process, around 63% of motorists pay
the charge. Many do so even if there were no grounds for the PCN to
have been issued, unaware of their legal rights or unable to spend the
necessary
time and money appealing.
IPCAS will appeal your PCN on
your behalf, saving you time and money as well as massively
increasing your chances of success. We operate a strict
no-win/no-fee policy; if we don't win your case then you don't
have to pay us
a penny! If we are able to arrange for your PCN to be
cancelled then all we ask is that you make a small payment to cover our
expenses and overheads. See our Privacy policy for further
details. IPCAS is a non-profit
organisation which exists solely for the benefit of motorists.
