IPCAS was established by Leeds University law students to campaign for fair and legal parking enforcement and to appeal unfairly and illegally issued PCNs on behalf of motorists. Since its launch in 2006, IPCAS has successfully appealed countless PCNs nationwide. Our staff are extremely well qualified and have a wealth of experience appealing PCNs. We know the law inside out and far better than the vast majority of local councils' parking departments! We are passionate about parking, and will fight hard to represent you.
